Finding a Marine

So I checked out this Marine Locator function @ https://www.mol.usmc.mil and found a long lost buddy from about 8 years ago. Since there is no "white pages" listing for him, all I have is a work phone number which seems to be San Dog area. Work # just rings. Anyways, anybody know the best way to find this Captain of Marines?

Find a Marine with a work e-mail account. His MS Outlook address book will have the work e-mail of everyone with an account. That is, unless he works for a Navy or other joint command.
