This thread should likely be in the "Lateral Move" board, but seeing as it hasn't gotten much traffic lately, I'm posting here in better hopes of a quick response.

As per the MARADMIN that came out last week regarding the FY-13 FAB, does anyone know if the time on station requirements can be waived (specifically the 1.5 years on station)?

Anyone know of any good POCs regarding such a waiver process?
