Random one, but looking for insight.
Three of my brothers are adopted, born in Korea. I am American, born here, etc., but for the purposes of the FBI background check I have to product naturalization certificate numbers for my brothers. Unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 can't find their certificates and it takes 12 months to be issued a new one.
Has anyone else had to go through this process? Do I have any other alternatives to the cert #'s (driver's license or passport)? Any ideas how I might get around this?
