Portsmouth/London was pretty effing amazing. Admin in Soho and cool bars in every direction. I haven't done Marseilles as a port call, but that is an amazing city - as long as you're in the right parts, or are able to venture east along the coast to Casis or North to Aix. Provence in the summertime is sublime.
