Asking for a client.

edit: not general safety. personal, prior non-disclosure of grounding medical issue.

Non disclosure of a grounding medical issue..... not sure ASRS would be the place to go. I want to say there’s something it the wording that might get that sent straight to the feds. “Intentional acts” or something like that. Be careful.

It may not help, but dont think anything sent to ASRS goes straight to the FAA. NASA administers precisely because they are a separate entity. The participant must pull the ASRS card and then stand by his report.

ASRS -> The operations covered by the program include departure, en route, approach, and landing operations and procedures; air traffic control (ATC) procedures and equipment; crew and ATC communications; aircraft cabin operations; aircraft movement on the airport; near midair collisions (NMAC); aircraft maintenance and recordkeeping; and airport conditions or services.

asrs doesn't seem to be the reporting platform for this alleged conduct. talking w/ regional general counsel. looks like formal amnesty/self-report program folded.

thanks for the input, gents.
