Umm, depends on how specific you want to be. Basically it will be USAF only, and a very select few of those at that. Its just too expensive for the AF to buy many of them. Hell, they dont even want pilots to bail out of them they cost soo much. The Navy wont ever see them. The trials all resulted in the aircraft being tore apart on landing.

F-22 is going to USAFR. Pretty much the same stroy as the B-1. Too expensive, but proved a lot of technologies. This from a navy CAPT outta Pax River
