eye sight improvement

tried a search with no dice..

been led to a few sights with eye exercises saying an improvement to get someone with bad distance vision, close to 20/20 or better. Any experiences good/bad/ulgy?

Standby, I'll start a thread with all the eye exercises I do. They worked for me, so they might work for you as well. They are just hard to explain, so it's going to take me a while to type them all up.
