Example of ISPP Flag Letter

For those of you that have applied for OCS the ISPP route,

Does anyone have an example of the memo their command sent to their first flag officer and the drafted endorsement letter for the admiral?

My lead yeoman wants an example for him to use to write it up before routing it through the CO and then the admiral’s staff. He is worried he will have to rewrite it if he makes a mistake and then will have to do it over again.

Just use any FIRST ENDORSEMENT letter that he had used for any other officer package. No need to reinvent the wheel here.
