Good morning, I am currently an E5 instructor and am working on my OCS package. Does anyone have an eval example of their last enlisted eval before being picked up? Block 43 specifically, I am trying to get some motivating verbiage for OCS intent.

It honestly doesn’t matter. Just make sure one of the recommendations recommends you for commissioning programs.

Assuming you’re applying for SWO / AVN the OAR and ASTB scores are what’s going to matter most.
