Im an sna in advanced. The wing admin here wants me to do this epsq questionaire. I know that you can do this online but Im not competely clear on how to do so. If anyone out there can help me on this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

If you're in 7, there's a link on the two computers in the ready room. You may have to search a little. Once you find it, it's not hard. Also, in Admin, tell Tonya what you are doing and she'll give a sheet of paper that'll walk you through the registration and a book with some address's in it that'll help if you have trouble remembering them.
