This was an interesting find. Should relate to all you tactical jet types out there, and for the rest of us, a little insight on what happens for real when you pull the handle! Surprisingly enough, it has an excerpt from RADM Gillchrist's "Feet Wet" book, but it's not his best ejection story though.
