I am currently in API and posting this for the owner of the condo who I am currently renting from.
It is a 2 BR/2Bath condo in the downtown area that is less than 2 blocks from Seville Quarter! You won't have to risk getting D.U.I.'s, spend money on cabs, or have to rely on D.D.'s to get you home when you hit the town. This was the main reason I chose to stay here and it's great not having to worry about that.
The condo is only 10 miles from base. I usually get there in 15 minutes. It is also about a 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach.
The owner is really cool and easygoing with rent. He's responded quickly to the few minor discrepancies we had when moving in. I have had zero issues with him or any fellow tenants.
The condo is gated, has a pool that is long enough for laps, and has an elevator to make moving and getting back and forth easy. There are 2 patios for each condo.
