Do NFO's get flight hours?

Hi everyone! As a soon-to-be-NFO, I was curious if I would be able to log flight hours similar to SNAs. Sorry about the misleading thread title. lol. I'm a VFR rated private pilot on the side and was wondering if we (NFOs) get to log flight time in our logbooks and maybe get an IFR rating from our training. I'm hoping I can take the hours to a prospective airline after I get out.
