no, no written test is going to tell you how good your "monkey skills" skills are. It may give you some insigt as to how good you are at studying (ie memorizing procedures) but I highly doubt it.

Not to mention NO ONE, is ever going to ask or even care what your astb grades were once you are in flight school.
