Does anyone think the $330 billion increase in defense spending will affect the number of pilot slots?

Just so you know, it's about a $30 billion increase, not $330 billion. THAT WOULD be impressive. The total budget is $355 billion. Take a look at that article on another strand in here titled about the budget- it shows clearly there will be more planes- who knows how many will be retired?
