My package has been routed up with strong recommendations from 2 CDRs and a RADM. Have my PE, almost done with MS Civil degree, currently an enlisted reservist at a CBMU with 2 collateral duties, MP evals, Excellent Low PT scores, 5 years experience in the civilian sector as a civil engineer, managed design projects and oversaw construction. What are my chances?
