Corpus students- Rent Question

99 Corpus Christi primary students-
I'm wondering how much rent you typically pay (for those renting), and what that comes with? What would you pay to rent a room in a house, with common access to everything else (kitchen, living room, etc.)?

3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 car garage...newer house on the island off the canal...1275/month.

There are some better deals, but I would say that this is a bottom quartile deal...not too bad. 425 for three people plus utilities? Our utilities average maybe 200 a month if you consider the nasty summer electric bills. (Winter maybe 120...summer maybe 300)

2Br, 2.5 Bath Condo, larger 1 car garage, on the island but not on the canal.

$1050 a month for the condo, Since the bedrooms are both the same size with private baths and balconies, $525 per room, plus 1/2 utils.

Utils are about $150-200 a month average.

BTW, the other BR is open if anyone needs a place to live.
