I'm looking for a flight school student who wants a nice place while in school.
The apartment is about 5 minutes from base(literally) at Baypoint Resort apartments. My roomates will be moving out and there's plenty of space. 1300 square feet, w/water views, airfield views, a pool, weight room, free masseuse and more. Additionally, I am a clean roommate and have furniture, kitchen stuff and bar so you can save money. The apartment is close to everything, the island, the bars, downtown or stores. It actually turns out that both rooms are available now if needed. The rent will be 433+utilities only if 2 roomates move in(so get your friend). It will be a little more if only one person moves in, but you'll get the entire side of the huge apt(1385 sq.ft) to yourself. It's a great deal either way. You can take over the place by contract after me and break it early...say if you are staying for primary/advanced 5-6months. This place is the hookup for military.
There's no place like this in Corpus. I have more pictures if needed.

Available room again

I have a huge place available for move in soon. Looking for an advanced roomate who will be starting in july or august so rent works out. I will be living at baypoint for 3 more months and moving at the end of october to a new apartment complex which is bigger and cheaper. Rent is roughly $800 for 3 months, but can be reduced if needed. Rent at new place will be much much cheaper.
