I don't know if they do or not, but one of my friends who retired as an LT aviator got recalled last year at age 50.

No. Only USN and USMC are authorized, per 10 USC 12205(b)(2).

Neither of those references mentions the USCG. I think they're governed by Title 14.

Looks like he commissioned in 2012 and worked at HQ in 'National Security Cutter Acquisition', a former Marine ('88-'93) and National Guardsman as well. Interestingly the arrest was not publicized by the Feds but found in publicly available court documents by a George Washington University researcher.
