Looking for a someone to take over my lease with two naval aviation students so I can move downtown with a friend. Located just outside the back gate of NAS Pensacola. This Master Suite is huge. Big window with views of the water and balcony access. Jetted bathtub, shower, 2 sinks, big walk in closet. Room comes with king size bed, dresser with mirror, all linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen as well as washer and dryer and fully furnished dining and living areas. Lease ends in June with option to extend. $556 pays for all rent and utilities. Oh, and a storage unit and covered parking and gated complex. 5 minutes to the beach. This room is huge... 450+sf

450+ square feet! I know people that live in apartments smaller than this master suite. I'm trying to make my move before next week when my girlfriend gets here so please give me a call if you are remotely interested and I'll give you a tour of this gigantic condo.
