I have a 3 bed 2 bath apartment minutes to the front gate (about 5-8 minutes from the API building) and the rent is only 995/month FOR 3 rooms!!! ALSO NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. This apartment community is amazing, and about 60% of what other apartments are going for outside the backgate, and it is closer and cheaper!
