Civil Service DOD to Navy Officer Reserves

I am currently 23 years old and just received my undergraduate degree in May. I am currently a GS-07 Civilian in the Air Force as a Contract Specialist with a grade target of GS-12 after 3 years from my start date. I am starting my grad degree in the Spring getting an MBA (undergrad business) and should take me two years while working at the Air Force. Once I finish my grad degree, would Navy Officer Reserves be an option and would my chances be enhanced by being either a GS-11 or GS-12 within the DOD as well as an MBA when I apply? I would be roughly 26 years old when I apply. Greetings from Dayton, Ohio!
