Got DQ from MEPS from Air Force Reserve Slot because of 2007 shoulder surgery (labral tear and Chondoplasty, Mild Grade 2 Chondromalacia).
Strange thing was, before I could even take the MEPS physical I had to submit a waiver to "floor" by submitting all my med files which had in them labral tear/chondromalacia. Anyways, I was granted the waiver and my recruiter comes back to me saying it was an automatic DQ because of the chondromalacia.
I don't get why they granted me the waiver to floor if they already knew I had an automatic DQ condition.
Anyway, I have a meeting with a recruiter soon to send a package for a SNA slot. Anyone run in to this problem on the NAVY side?
