I think the short answer is...it doesn't really work that way.
The Air Farce has a similar medical screening process to the Navy, and they'd be just as interested/disinterested/oblivious as the Navy. Keep in mind, when you get the NOMI physical, you're already commissioned and "committed" to the navy. That's not to say that you can't put in packages, which of course, will take time. Whether Schools Command will be patient enough for you to persue it is the question.
As I've mentioned before, you still have several physicals to get through before you're even commissioned. Also, something to keep in mind... As someone who went through a very long and painful battle w/ NOMI, and told numerous times that I was done, I just want to put out some info on the whole waiver process. Just because the waiver guide says that a hairy mole is waiverable for a pilot, it does not mean that it's waiverable for an applicant. There's also comments in there (or there used to be anyway) that something might be waiverable for SNAs. This too is different from someone who has been commissioned and hasn't had and passed the NAMI whammy. Until you get the stamp of approval, you're not really an SNA, medically speaking.
Veg, I'm only putting out the info. Please don't take it as a "don't try and find a way into the cockpit anyway you can," as that's NOT what I'm saying. Fight the fight, and never give up until you've covered all your options. That said, Veg, you've got a whole lot of time ahead of you. Start w/ the DODMERB, and see where you need to go from there.
