To any of you primary or advanced studs out there looking for a place to live in corpus...
I've got a 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath / 2 car garage place on the island complete with a big inground pool, boat lift, mini bar, 4 levels of decking, etc. It's on one of the widest canals on the island. Neighbors are chill, no problems with parties to date. Two of my roomates are e2/c2 and are moving to k-rock this week, myself and my other roomate are advanced p-3 completers and will be heading out to jacksonville for the rag sometime in october. for anybody interested its $2200, so $550 a person when split 4 ways plus utilities. anybody interested shoot me a pm.
