Pretty interesting animation, really.

I'm surprised they didn't build a 1911 that had a big-assed beaver tail, Commander hammer, ambi safety, night sights, forward slide grip grooves, mag well, and all of the other ridiculous sh*t people seem to think is needed on a 1911 to make it cool.

Personally, I'm in love with a plain-jane GI configuration like depicted. Smooooth.
