I was surfing around the other day and I found this site where you can buy the bluejackets book, I've heard it has everything you need to know to pass the seamanship part of the ASTB. Here's a link to the site that's selling em for 30 bucks a pop. get em while they're hot
 
Or, you can buy the paperback version from half.com for less than half that price (ISBN 1557502080). Or, if you're AD, borrow it off some poor kid fresh out of boot :)
