I am renting out my home for a year while I go to Nuclear School in Charleston, SC. THe home will be available for rent in Oct/Nov 2010 until the end of next year. It can be left furnished, or unfurnished based on your needs. It is 2950 sq ft, 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with an office as well. The master bedroom is enormous as is the master bath and closet. One spare room has a walk in closet as well. This house has all of the extras. 2 car garage, 18" tile, plush carpet, large living room, hardwood staircase, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cherrywood cabinets with crown molding, backsplash, ceiling fans in almost every room, satellite/cable ready, surround sound in the Living room, and many more options. The pictures are only of the downstairs, if you want bedroom pictures just ask. The rent is $1800. Utilities generally will run you (Power,water,sewage) about $300-350/month, but cheaper in the wintertime.
