Beautiful cul-de-sac home 10 min from NAS Meridian $197k

This beautiful, single-family home resides on a quiet cul-de-sac in a small, friendly neighborhood. Conveniently located half-way between NAS Meridian (only 10 minutes North), and downtown (only 10-15 minutes South). This home is perfect for a family (or starting one) with three bedrooms, two and a half baths. Brand new solid, exotic hardwood floors throughout the downstairs.

Large, private deck for entertaining or enjoying the cool Mississippi evenings. The large, beautifully landscaped yard backs up against roughly 7 acres of woods and lends itself to privacy without the need for a privacy fence. Underground fence will remain - it worked very well for our dogs.

Located within golf-cart-driving-distance of the beautiful Briarwood country-club and golf course, but not so close that you live in fear of golf-balls coming through the window.

The two-car garage will accommodate all your toys (and/or your cars). Laundry-room is located upstairs with the bedrooms. Attic has walk-in access for storage. Our home will be available as soon as you can close since I'm deploying shortly. Give me a call at 757-576-0159 and ask for Matt or e-mail me at mstettner01@yahoo.com.

P.s. Interior shots will be along shortly

We had no luck in selling our 3000 sf home in Pensacola before we moved. It's now a rental. Have your back-up plan ready to execute & good luck selling it.

Same for my house in JAX. I tried to sell it for 5 years.

It's a rental now. Odd, that while the housing market dove ~50% in JAX, the rental market barely took a hit.

I have a house in Va Beach that also didn't sell, and it's now a pretty successful rental. This place could be a rental, too, I suppose. I'm going to end up with a rental business if I'm not careful.
