First of all what does BDCP mean? I'm guessing Bachelor Degree Commisioned Program. NEways, if I get accepted for pilot training and I sign the next 8 years of my life away do I get paid while in college? If so how soon after I sign-up?

Bachelor Degree Completition Program. The day you are sworn in you start getting full pay and benefits.

Yep Scott is right. You start getting paid the day you swear in. Initally you will get E-3 pay with housing and food allowances. It is higher if you are married. If you get someone else into the program you get advanced to E-4 or if you are in the program for a year and make the deans list twice, they will promote you. You will also acrue leave while in this program. The day you graduate from college you are promoted to E-5. This is active duty time so it counts for retirement and time in grade for pay purposes. One hell of a deal.
