B-1 lost in Qatar

Prayers are up, I hope all involved are ok. Props for a quick find, it was posted 6 minutes ago.
 
Very bad year for the AF and the Navy. This is crazy...

Hope everybody got out.
 
I have some buddies that fly B-1s. They brought a $hit-ton of ord to the fight.
 
Reuters reports that all crew members are safe. After landing, a B-1 was involved in a "ground incident" while taxiing and caught fire. The crew evacuated and is safe. A board has been convened to investigate the incident.
 
Looking at the CNN article, what is a "sweep-wing" B-1? Do you use that to help with FOD walkdowns? Or field-daying the hangar, maybe?? :confused::confused:
