I'm an Air Force F-15E WSO at RAF Lakenheath in the UK and I'm looking for people to rent my house in Pensacola:

New 3 bedroom/2 bath 1640 sq ft house. It has a 2 car garage, central A/C,
and hot tub. The master bedroom has a private bath. New kitchen
appliances and fridge. Just out the back gate of NAS Pensacola, in Emerald
Shores subdivision. Awesome location!

Why?

Because it's in THE closest subdivision to the back gate--less than 2 minutes
to get there, which is important when the Blue Angels practice and Gulf Beach Hwy gets backed up for 25+ minutes.

Walmart is right down the road.

Also, perfect location for API study groups (central location) and ideal for SNFOs.

I've reduced the rent from $1150 (which I used to get) to now $1095 /month in order to get it rented quickly!! Please email me asap if interested...

Sure is! Great for spearing flounders while scuba diving. Technique only: you can use a knife to just stab them too. They just hang out on the bottom of the Gulf floor.
