I am new to how BUPERS works. Who do I need to talk to / send paperwork to for my record of what awards I have earned to be updated?

If you haven't already check on NDAWS to see what awards are in the system for you. If awards are not there and should, NDAWS will tell you how to correct the issue. Because you are in a TRACOM, you will have to mail/fax copies of your awards via your command to CNET (this is how awards are entered into NDAWS and your PSR)
