USMC Aviation Reserve Contract?

Hey, new guy here. I'm an airline pilot and I was wondering if the Corps has reserve aviation contracts like USAFR or ANG.

I was looking at Reserve Open Billets on Cuttingscores a few days ago (https://cuttingscores.com/reserve-listings) and came across a 7523 MOS billet (F-18 pilot w/VFMA-112) for a 1st LT.

Since reservists (in general) get to choose their unit and MOS, is there a possibility to directly go reserves?

7523 is an active duty MOS I believe.

I’m about 90% certain marine corps follows navy in which they don’t access non prior service folks into reserve aviation “careers” and billets.

Not in the Marine Corps.

ANG and AFR are what you want to look into.
