Valid for DoD HR as well.Agreed, slow your role, Guru.
I'd with hold that comment until dealing with HR in a real company. It can be a truly perplexing experience leaving you to wonder how any of those people keep their jobs.
93% of my workforce are civilians. I’m pretty well versed in how HR works.Says the person who hasn’t had a civilian job in over 35 years.
Acknowledged with your last sentence.

Having dealt with both, I can confirm. You have far fewer rights when dealing with corporate HR versus dealing with govt HR. There's no union or employee advocate/EO rep to help me deal with HR in the real world and they have fewer rules when it comes to hiring and firing.GS/government HR is NOT the same as corporate HR.
True, but that doesn’t change my original point about you being an obnoxious little pill.GS/government HR is NOT the same as corporate HR.
