I bought a house in Avondale and I'm looking for someone to rent my apartment so that I don't lose my deposit! Unfortunately, I need someone to move in at the beginning of July and this is pretty short notice since my other potential renters recently fell through.
It's 3 blocks from the beach, a 10 min walk to the Town Center, a 10 minute drive to NS Mayport and overlooks Bull Memorial Park and the Atlantic Beach Town Center. Rent is $900 a month.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of what looks like a big old house but the building was actually built as 4 apartments. It has a lot of charm and character--hardwood floors and large windows. The neighbors are incredible and I am actually really sad to be leaving! You just can't beat the location and people.
