Current ASTB Mins for Navy and Marine Corps
As per
OPNAV INSTRUCTION 1532.1/MARINE CORPS ORDER 1532.1 (Mar 2008):
The ASTB minimums service-wide are:
Pilot: 3/3 (AQR/PFAR)
NFO: 3/3 (AQR/FOFAR)
caveat:
Note that minimum qualifying scores can be set higher than these by Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard program authorizations to accommodate the needs of each Service.

As per the OPNAV N13 Program Authorizations
106 (Pilot) &
107 (NFO) (FEB 05) the ASTB Min scores for
NAVY:
Pilot: 4/5 (AQR/PFAR)
NFO: 4/5 (AQR/FOFAR)
As per the
MCO 1542.1H (NOV 2003), the ASTB Min scores for
MARINES:
Pilot: 4/6 (AQR/PFAR)
NFO: 4/6 (AQR/FOFAR)
Note of interest from the MCO 1542.1H:
The ASTB can only be administered twice (single re-test). Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) will not consider any subsequent test scores dated after two tests have been completed.
