GPA- 3.9 in engineering, not sure if that is competitive to get accepted?

Things in the positive column: Engineering, GPA, AQR, OAR, FOFAR.

Since your profile is blank, I'll assume you are trying for OCS? Are you applying for Pilot (SNA) of SNFO?
