That is a great idea. It could be indexed to the number of requests. The more you ask, the less likely you are to get it. Reminds me of this "Per diem glideslope" thing we made in Excel for dets (especially to Vegas). Each day, everyone would tally up their past evening's receipts and enter it into the spreadsheet. It would display your per diem glideslope and had a nifty representation of the ball with cell formatting. It was a good tool to decide who to party with ;)

thanks guys, sorry if maybe i didn't make my question clear enough...i think only a few understood what i was asking. Theblakeness, you were right..the question i asked was more opinionated. I really was just wondering what some of you think/feel about the "trends" of the navy and selecting SNAs...but it's all good.
