American Dream Real Estate in WA?

Does anyone have any positive or negative experiences with American Dream Real Estate in Anacortes? (Note: searching "american dream" here provides lots of answers, but nothing useful on housing rentals.) They seem to have the highest quantity of rentals I've found on a website for the area.

Failing that, any new postings for houses for rent in Anacortes/Mt. Vernon? Or updates on companies to check with/avoid?
