Turbulence can be fun, unless you're trying to eat. It's hard to get the sandwhich in your mouth when it keeps bobbing up and down.

It really tied the room together.
What about window seats? Being able to see outside (clouds, mountains, superman, military escorts, etc...) sure makes the trip more enjoyable than being inside a cargo hold with crying children and large people spilling into your seat. Not to mention a good place to let my head rest when sleeping. Most of the seats on that batwing seem to be quite isolated.

If I correctly remember from his presentation, Dr. Liebeck mentioned something about having "virtual" windows throughout the cabin that will project images from outside via cameras.

Ah, the benefits of better flat screen tv's....

Until some computer guy hacks his way in to the "virtual cabin" program and makes it look like the plane is hurdling towards earth at mach 1 ;)
