Advanced Stud Housemate Wanted on Padre Island

My roommate just selected Props from Primary so he is moving out of my townhouse on N Padre island. It is too big for just my girlfriend, my dog, and me (2 stories, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath), so we'd like a new roommate. We are cool with anyone in the military. Our place is huge, has a nice deck, a pool, and a garage. Most of the townhouse is already furnished by me (42in Plasma new couches, lots of pots and pans), so you don't need anything but a bed. There is room to bring in your own furnishings too, however, if you have stuff. The townhouse is a two minute walk from the beach and right on the canal.

I am just about finished with Primary and am anthro-d out of everything but
