This is just plain sick. As a gamer, I am disgusted to be called the same thing as these people. I hope it never gets released...

What the Fu**!? I've got a better idea for a game. It's called "Send the laser guided missle into Kinematic.org headquarters and see how many of those fat, momma's boy, twinkie eating motherfu**ers get out alive."

you're ****ting me right? You sure it wasn't just some sick hoax? I mean, how can they honestly hope to make any money off such an outrageous concept?

I found it funny. It's funny (in a way) that someone just lost months of their free time to make something like that. The group is definitely uncreative. But I'm sure that if they had an ounce of creativity they would have done something original (this isn't original, this is only unique because others have better values).

I think these types of games are unavoidable. But, lucky for us, making an actual, playable, fun game takes a lot of talent, and these people seem to be 15 year olds who happened to do the basic unoriginal "lets recreate in 3D", and that a game does not make. Since they spent months on it, they decided to go ahead and just take screen shots to "make it all worthwhile" and send them around.

On a lighter note, I doubt these are evil people who have the [computer] scientists and resources to actually make this into a game. But maybe the U.S. should 'liberate' these kids anyway, since gameradar.com intelligence says they may already have a game on their hands? ;x

Also, their mission statement is to "do experiments in gaming". And on their web site, it says:

9-11 Survivor is a game project that examines the role of media in our culture, and the influence that continuous, hyper exposure has on our overall perception of the distinctions between reality and media mediation. This project raises questions regarding how and why popular media forms, such as games and movies, deal with tragedy, conflict and violence.

So this clearly shows it's a hoax and they are trying to mess with the media, starting with gameradar. It is kind of humorous when you read into the hoax and see that gameradar fell for it.
