Boating/Beaches

There is the beach on NAS Pensacola that is ten minutes away and I think they have a boat launch, I'm not sure.
The main Pensacola beach is about 25 minutes away.
The neighborhood has a large pond that you can canoe/kayak in.
The neighborhood also has a locked rv/boat parking lot 500 ft from the house.
