We own a 3bd/2 ba; 2 car garage house with fully fenced yard - literally 5 min. from VT's and HT's at Whiting Field. Furnished with: 2 couches, television, entertainment center, side tables, pool table, cherrywood dining table, kitchen necessities (pots, pans, dishes, appliances); washer/dryer. Perfect for a couple of student pilots or an instructor and their family. Quiet neighborhood. Filled with aviation decor and study materials when I was there in 2006 (now in San Diego). Available Aug 1. Great deal at $850 because we want to keep military only in it. Let me know!
