One room with private bathroom in 3 bed/2 bath condo (Snug Harbor) 3 minutes out the back gate of NAS Pensacola. Condo common areas are furnished ($50/mo.), bedroom is not furnished but can be furnished cheaply through property management company (Top Gun Realty). Two female roommates, both flight students. Will accept male or female roommate. Move-in January 15th, earlier move-in can be arranged (pay pro-rated rent for January). Condo is brand new, on the water with balcony and a beautiful view of intra-coastal waterway. Water and cable are included in rent, additional bills are electricity and internet.
