The house is about a 30 min drive to API and a 20-25 minute drive to the squadrons on base. It is located about 5 minutes from 2 grocery stores, <10 minutes to the Walmart, and about 15 minutes from the malls. The neighborhood is a new one, but all the neighbors I knew while there were awesome and very friendly. Most have some association with the military (active, retired, ex), but you wouldn't know it unless you asked.
