3/2 Va Beach House in Thoroughgood

For you newbies moving to Oceana, or Norfolk, Thoroughgood is a very nice neighborhood convenient to both bases. Good schools and lots to do.
 
Princess Anne is the High School - I will have to check on the middle school.
 
Independence is the middle school, right in the neighborhood.

Princess Anne is the International Baccalaureate High School.
 
Thanks, we have friends moving to the area. PA would be find for the high school but they want to avoid Independence Middle.
 
I've resided in the area 12 years (inactive Realtor, too).

Also wanted to lend support to the OP that this is a FANTASTIC area.
Established community.. just a few minutes from Little Creek, Chix Beach, Town Center. Excellent rental rate for the sqft and the area.

Best wishes.. that's a great offering - hope you're able to sell it.. we just rented our home out in VB. Not a favorable time to sell, if one is under PCS orders.
