Last year they were out right around the end of September.
For JasonB - the APPLY Board is how CO/XO and other senior Navy Reserve billets are allocated. Kind of like a game of Musical Chairs - if the music stops and you don't have a pay billet, then it's off to the VTU with you (or you start working drug deals...).

Yup, not to hijack thread, but VTU is drilling for points only. It gets tougher as you move up in the Navy to find a "pay billet". So, at the CDR+ level you apply through the APPLY board for paying jobs. If you don't get selected, you get to drill for free.
