2 Year Scholarship?

I've looked around quite a bit and I haven't run across this yet in the NROTC forum, does anyone have information or experience with a two year NROTC scholarship? I'm guessing this means junior-senior years. From what I understand, you need to spend a summer catching up. Also, if you get a 2 year scholarship, do you sign a contract with the navy right when you start, or your second (senior) year?

Yeah, ive read that page many times, I was looking for anything else people had to add or possibly any experiences. Thanks though

Apply as a sophmore, you'll go to NSI at NS Newport for 6 weeks, and you'll be contracted from the start.
